Alright, I’m now more than ready to run a 5k, and I’m biking everywhere every day and basically I think I kinda look alright when I see pictures of me and stuff. Changes in my body have now confirmed my previous suspicions that I’m just a big guy underneath it all, and that’s that. At my weight and size, I would not expect to be able to see my ribs when I’m stretching, but they’re there alright.
Anyway, since I started biking I’ve noticed an overall increase in the amount of energy I have, which is great. Running did that a little bit, but not like this. I think it’s because when I started running, I was killing myself to get where I needed to, and biking just isn’t as hard on you.
Speaking of which, I need to shoot for 4 miles tomorrow morning. 5k is in a couple weeks and I still haven’t registered. I should probably do that, as well.
Weighing less than 230 now. Kinda hovering between 225 and 230. I need to get some more cardio and get strict with the old diet again. The bike helps, but I’ve been lax on the running.

Awesome! Yeah I had noticed you talking about it a little on your facebook, but I was a little clueless on the whole blogging thing. I’m not a very computer savvy chick. lol Good luck with reaching your next goal. You have obviously come a long way and I know you can keep pushing the rest of the way
